To further enhance productivity and material efficiency, the kappa automatic can be equipped with ARDIS cutting optimisation software. This powerful software analyzes cutting jobs and automatically generates the most efficient cutting patterns to minimize material waste, reduce offcuts, and shorten processing times—making it especially valuable in high-throughput environments. Additionally, an optional label printer can be integrated to produce part-specific labels during processing, simplifying identification and organization for downstream operations like edgebanding, drilling, or assembly.

Compared to traditional machines that often rely on mechanically linked drive and measurement systems—prone to wear, stretching, or accuracy drift over time—the kappa automatic sets a new standard with its advanced material positioning unit. This unit features dual independent measuring systems that continuously cross-check one another for real-time accuracy verification, drastically reducing the risk of cumulative errors during repeat cuts.
