The HUAHUA HH-506R is a cost-effective automatic edgebander designed for furniture and cabinet manufacturers requiring efficient production and a high-quality finish. It combines pre-milling, gluing, end cutting, rough and fine trimming, corner rounding, 1 mm and 2 mm radius scraping, flat scraping and buffing in one streamlined process. Automatic bridge-height adjustment simplifies setup for different panel thicknesses, while the automatic lubrication system helps reduce maintenance and ensure smooth, reliable operation. Processing panels from 10–60 mm thick at feed speeds of up to 20 m/min, the HH-506R delivers clean glue lines, neatly rounded corners and consistently professional edges.
