The Lc 2/40 edgebander protecting agent, which can also be used as a lubricant, is designed for continuous flow technology and is applied via our premium two-substance nozzle. It helps prevent unwanted contamination and optimises the entire process at various stations on the edge banding machine.
Applied directly to the scraper and pressure roller, the protecting agent helps ensure that dirt and adhesive residue do not stick to the tools, supporting smooth operation during edgebanding. Another positive effect is that the protective film does not detach from the edge banding during the process.
During application, the slide shoes are also automatically sprayed with the protecting agent to help reduce friction and adhesive residue buildup.
This makes the Lc 2/40 suitable for workshop and production use where clean processing, consistent machine performance and reduced adhesive buildup are important.
