Vector Contour Revolution 120 – Automatic Contour Edgebander
The Vector Contour Revolution 120 makes edgebanding curved, shaped and straight panels simple. Designed for small to medium-sized manufacturers, this fully automatic contour edgebander applies, trims and scrapes the edge in a single pass, reducing labour and delivering consistent, factory-quality results.
Its patented ESP (Edge Sensing Protocol) technology analyses the shape of the panel automatically during processing, so no CNC programming is required. The operator only sets the starting position. Edge pressure of up to 80 kg and a distance of only 35 mm between glue application and band feed deliver strong glue bonds and high-quality butt joins. EVA, PO and PUR hot-melt adhesives can be processed. The compact design saves valuable floor space, making it a practical solution for woodworking workshops, furniture manufacturing and cabinet making.
